  • COMPETENCY PROFILING
    Competency Profiling master class participants will take part in profiling the competences of an actual position. Competencies will be based on the Competency Model®.
  • DIRECT SEARCH IN RECRUITMENT: HOW TO MAKE RIGHT DECISIONS
    Our consultants will present the pros and cons of the major recruitment technologies and direct search tools. We’ll also discuss how to use reference-check technology effectively. The seminar program includes a presentation followed by solutions for actual cases.
  • EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEYS
    What is the most efficient way to gauge employee concerns and areas of satisfaction? How do you implement an action plan based on the results of your employee engagement survey? Join a panel of Hudson consultants and guest speakers for an open discussion on best practices in employee engagement surveys.
  • HIGH POTENTIALS: GRADUATE RECRUITMENT
    Do you know how to run volume recruitment campaigns targeted at talented graduates? When running the campaign, how do you select the best young candidates among hundreds of applications? During this event, our consultants will reveal best practices in selecting and recruiting graduates. Guest speakers (HR professionals from multinational organizations) will share their real experiences with graduate campaigns. All participants will create an implementation plan for a graduate recruitment campaign.
  • TOOLS TO ASSESS TALENT
    Our consultants will present the major tools for talent assessment, ranging from personality questionnaires to Assessment and Development Centers. All participants will learn how to read and interpret Hudson’s Business Attitudes Questionnaire, a basic talent assessment used as part of our standard recruiting process.
  • ASSESSMENT CENTERS. BEST PRACTICES
    Hiring the right people is critical for the highest return on investment for personnel. Implementing an assessment centre strategy is one way to better ensure you hire the best people for your roles. This master class is focused on all stages of the Assessment Center process. Participants will act as assessors and observe live assessment exercises (group discussion) with real candidates. Afterwards, we’ll discuss the assessment process and how to gauge the candidates’ performance results.
